This website, simplio.cloud, is owned by Internet Cuality Solutions, S.L., with tax ID B86875622 and registered address at calle Medea 4, 28037 Madrid. You can contact the owner at info@simplio.cloud.

Access to this website and use of the information it contains are the sole responsibility of the person doing so. The owner is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the content, nor does it guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions, although it works to avoid them.

The contents, texts, images and design of this site are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction without the owner's authorisation is not permitted. Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify the supported services.

Use of the Simplio Cloud application by customers is governed by the terms of the service contract agreed with each of them.

Privacy policy

What data we process and why. Through the contact form we collect your name, your email address, optionally your company and the cloud you use, and the message you send us. We use them solely to reply to you and, if you request it, to prepare a demonstration. We also record the IP address the form is sent from, to prevent abuse.

Legal basis. Your consent when you submit the form and our legitimate interest in handling your request.

Retention. We keep contact data for as long as the conversation lasts and, at most, one year from the last contact, unless a commercial relationship is formalised, in which case it will be kept for its duration and for the legal periods afterwards.

Destinatarios. We do not pass your data to third parties. Email is handled with hosting and email providers that act as data processors.

Your rights. You can access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to its processing, restrict it or request its portability by writing to info@simplio.cloud. If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Data processed in the application. Simplio Cloud customers register in the application access keys to their cloud providers. Those keys are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), are never shown again and are only used on the server to carry out the operations the customer orders. Simplio Cloud does not access the contents of its customers' machines nor install anything on them. The terms of that processing are detailed in the service contract with each customer.

Cookie policy

The public website of simplio.cloud does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, and does not load third-party resources.

The customer application (path /app/) uses only one technical session cookie, essential to keep the user identified while using the application. It is deleted when you sign out or after a period of inactivity. Being strictly necessary, it does not require consent.

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies, bearing in mind that without the session cookie it is not possible to use the application.
