S3 storage without surprises: your buckets like an ordinary folder

Upload, download, create folders and delete (with two-factor, so nobody deletes lightly). If the bucket keeps versions, you can see them, download them and compare two versions of a text file to know what changed.

Available in SimplioUpdated on 31/10/2026

How it works

  1. You choose the buckets you want to manage

When you connect the account, Simplio shows the buckets and you tick which ones come in. Each person sees only those you grant them.

  2. You browse like in a folder

Folders, files, size and date. Upload and download are buttons; so is create folder.

  3. Versions and comparison

If the bucket has versioning enabled, each file expands to show its versions. You download whichever you want, or pick two versions of a text file and Simplio shows you the lines that changed.

How secure it is

Deleting asks for two-factor

Every deletion requires the code from your phone and goes into the activity log. A mistaken click deletes nothing.

Permission per person and per bucket

Viewing, uploading or deleting are different actions, granted bucket by bucket. The agency's customer sees their bucket and no other.

Nothing goes through Simplio unencrypted

Uploads and downloads are encrypted between your browser, Simplio and AWS, using the temporary credential that AWS grants Simplio for your account.

Frequently asked questions

Does Simplio keep copies of my files?

No. The files are in your S3 bucket; Simplio only shows them, uploads them or downloads them when you ask.

Can a user delete a whole bucket?

Buckets you already had in AWS can't be deleted from Simplio; only those created from Simplio, by the person who created them, with a separate permission. The usual deletions are of files, file by file, always with two-factor.

All of this, without the AWS console

Simplio is a panel to manage your AWS accounts: machines, scheduled copies, databases, domains, email and what AWS charges you, with per-person permissions and two-factor. Nothing installed on your servers.
